This TPR is used in various kinds of handle parts on the basis of a second injection to provide static skid resistance and soft touch. The material has entirely passed through the environmental test of ROHS. The body type, color, degree of transparency and physical properties can be adjusted according to the customers' requirements. We can develop together with them, too.

Temperature of injection: 180-220ºC
Temperature of mold: Above 50ºC
Time of injection: 10-20 seconds
Speed of injection: Middle speed
Pressure of injection: Middle pressure
